We are looking for an outstanding IT Sales Specialist with proven sales abilities able to oversee all aspects of IT sales operations. Your work will involve a combination of client management and hands-on support for your own select group of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a “go-getter” looking for growth and challenge with an established IT company that is dedicated to the pursuit of client happiness. This position will report to the General Manager and Company Partners.

You are a natural leader, comfortable speaking to all kinds of people in a variety of settings, including conferences and events. You are motivated by success and ready to take the initiative to achieve great things.
- 4+ years’ experience in sales (outside sales preferred)
- Must be able to provide evidence of having achieved monthly sales goals in your previous job
- 2+ years’ experience in the IT sales industry; knowledge of cloud services
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Proven technical knowledge of IT industry. Must be capable of describing technical products in clear language.
- Must have excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
- Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in social media marketing
- Comfortable interacting with clients in a wide range of business environments
- Fast-thinking, outgoing, and motivated to achieve
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts
- Understand social media ads and campaigns
- Professional demeanor
- Ethical and reliable
- Own a car.
Be prepared to demonstrate sales skills if you are called in for an interview! You will also be asked for examples to prove you have the above qualities and experience.
- Capture new customers and cultivate existing ones
- With executive staff, develop sales strategies and set sales targets
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Establish role as a trusted technical advisor, as per customer needs
- In coordination with the IT account managers, sell IT services, software, and hardware products
- Achieve/surpass monthly sales goals. Both inside and outside sales required.
- Obtain/nurture leads and prospects, keep an organized calendar, and follow up on a timely basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, products, and competitors
- Reach out to prospects + leads through various channels, including social media
- Forecast and track key account metrics. Report results to executive staff on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensure the timely delivery of solutions/products that match customer needs
- Identify opportunities and collaborate with staff to ensure revenue growth
Salary: DOE + generous $$ commissions
