Flutter Developer

Requirements:

  • Can open-mindedly and rapidly adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Want to be directly involved UI/UX design
  • Want to design, develop, test, release, and scale new consumer product features and mobile architecture
  • Partner closely with teammates to launch new features

 

You’ll have:

  • Mobile 2+ years of application development experience with Flutter
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • Previous relevant experience building mobile apps in an industry leading firm

Specific build experience that will help you succeed in the role:

  • Experience building a moderately complex iOS app with knowledge of commonly used libraries and frameworks

Technical Manager

Candidates must be qualified in the following areas:

  • 3+ years’ documented experience as an IT Manager, IT Team Lead, or IT Supervisor
  • 5+ years’ documented experience in IT technical support and infrastructure development.
  • Able to oversee and provide hands-on support for complex technical issues
  • Skills in the management of computer systems and peripherals, network switches, WIFI systems and all IT infrastructure
  • Able to operate with some level of independence and autonomy
  • High ethical standards, customer service orientation, and good communication skills (English skills required)
  • Savvy, smart, and a fast learner

 

Duties include the following:

  • Weekly briefings with company leadership; help set goals for team success
  • Plan and execute IT projects and cultivate client relations
  • Manage clients’ network data backups ensuring safety of all data
  • Maintain a high level of security standards and procedures
  • Troubleshoot, hardware, software and network operating systems
  • Systems, LANs and WANs using physical layers, bridges, gateways and routers, windows-based network environment
  • Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
  • Perform weekly system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups

  • Windows Server/Exchange 2008 to 2019
  • MS Office 2010/19 + Office 365 Apps
  • AWS and cloud services knowledge
  • VPN (SSL VPN, PPTP, L2TP)
  • VMware ESXI
  • Cisco / Meraki Routers, Switches, Firewalls
  • Wifi (Unifi, Aruba, and Meraki)
  • DNS, DHCP
  • MS Azure Connect, O365 Exchange
  • Working with Hosted Web Sites
  • Preference for candidates with certifications related to IT Solutions Architect and Project Management (PMP)
  • Microsoft Certified Professional Status (MCSE or MCSA) preferred

Required Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in sales (outside sales preferred)
  • Must be able to provide evidence of having achieved monthly sales goals in your previous job
  • 2+ years’ experience in the IT sales industry; knowledge of cloud services
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Proven technical knowledge of IT industry. Must be capable of describing technical products in clear language.
  • Must have excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in social media marketing

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Establish role as a trusted technical advisor, as per customer needs
  • In coordination with the IT account managers, sell IT services, software, and hardware products
  • Achieve/surpass monthly sales goals. Both inside and outside sales required.
  • Obtain/nurture leads and prospects, keep an organized calendar, and follow up on a timely basis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, products, and competitors
  • Reach out to prospects + leads through various channels, including social media
  • Forecast and track key account metrics. Report results to executive staff on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Ensure the timely delivery of solutions/products that match customer needs
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate with staff to ensure revenue growth
