Solutions Architect

Role Overview: 

 

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into tangible technical solutions. Your deep understanding of mobile apps, web applications, AWS Cloud, and software architecture will be key in driving innovative solutions while working closely with both our clients and our internal teams. Additionally, your expertise in pricing, resource estimation, and project timeline management will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead customer meetings to understand and document technical requirements. 
  • Develop and present proposal documents outlining the proposed technical solutions to meet client needs along with accurate pricing, resource, and timeline estimates. 
  • Work alongside our development team to design innovative solutions ensuring they align with client requirements and expectations. 
  • Provide technical leadership and insight during project execution to ensure accurate delivery. 
  • Represent 24Online in technical and business meetings with customers, partners, and at industry events and conferences. 
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. 
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other leadership team members to align technical solutions with business objectives. 
  • Assist in the pricing and estimation of resources and project timelines, ensuring projects remain on time and within budget. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 experience in software development 
  • Minimum of 2 years in cloud architecture 
  • Minimum of 1 year in technical/business analysis. 
  • Proven experience, mobile apps, web apps, software and cloud architecture. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. 
  • Mature, well-spoken, and capable of handling technical and business discussions with clients, partners, and internal teams. 
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a knack for public speaking.

Requirements:

 

  • Can openly and rapidly adapt in a fast-paced startup environment

Candidates must be qualified in the following areas:

 

  • 3+ years’ documented experience as an IT Manager, IT Team Lead, or IT Supervisor
  • 5+ years’ documented experience in IT technical support and infrastructure development.
  • Able to oversee and provide hands-on support for complex technical issues
  • Skills in the management of computer systems and peripherals, network switches, WIFI systems and all IT infrastructure
  • Able to operate with some level of independence and autonomy
  • High ethical standards, customer service orientation, and good communication skills (English skills required)

Duties include the following:

 

  • Weekly briefings with company leadership; help set goals for team success
  • Plan and execute IT projects and cultivate client relations
